Adv. Pranil Sonawane is the Managing Partner of the firm and heading the office at Mumbai. He completed his graduation in law from Aurangabad and LL.M in Business laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He has also secured LL.M degree in International Commercial Laws from Cardiff Law School, UK. He has further enriched his academic foundation through specialized diploma courses in Cyber Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax Laws, and other allied fields.
He has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2008. He started legal practice as Advocate in High Court of Bombay at Mumbai & Aurangabad. He has extensive experience across a wide spectrum of litigation including Civil, Criminal & Commercial cases from Trial Courts to Hon’ble Apex Court of India. He is empaneled as Senior Panel Counsel for Government of India, Department of Income Tax, Thane Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra Regional State Transport to handle matters before High Court of Bombay. He has also served as Standing Counsel for Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank, representing them before various forums such as NCLT, DRT, DRAT, Courts of Metropolitan Magistrates, Civil courts and High Courts etc..
He is expertise in conducting the Arbitration matters before the Court and Arbitral Tribunals. Real Estate is another area of practice for him. Well know reputed builders & developer companies were represented by him before different legal forums as well as rendered legal consultancy services in several development projects.
He has been honoured with the title of ‘Great Legal Minds 2023’ by the Lokmat Group, and awarded the Lex-Falcon Global Award 2023 as the ‘Leading Managing Partner of the Year’ at the Lex Talk World Conference, India.

Mr. Charudatta K. Sonawane, is the senior member of the firm having vast experience in legal field. He regularly appear before the Bombay High Court, District & Sessions Court at Aurangabad. He has strong track record and has expertise in dealing with land acquisition matters and real estate developments. Under his supreme legal guidance there are several real estate and commercial projects which has been successfully completed.
He has played pivotal role in seeking enhancement of the amount of compensation awarded to many farmers and project affected persons due to several irrigation, highways and other government land acquisition proceedings in the vicinity of Aurangabad and adjoining districts.
